All services are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are available only for pieces originally purchased from KINCHOS.
What We Offer
After-sales services may include:
- Ring resizing (where structurally possible)
- Stone tightening and setting checks
- Minor repairs related to normal wear
- Professional cleaning and inspection
Services are subject to assessment and may incur a fee depending on the nature of the work, materials involved, and time required.
What Is Not Covered
After-sales service does not include:
- Redesign or alteration of the original piece
- Structural changes beyond the original design
- Damage resulting from misuse, impact, or improper storage
- Work on jewellery not made by KINCHOS
Requests that fall outside these boundaries will not be accepted.

- Current workshop capacity
- Availability of materials or stones

How to Request After-Sales Service

- Clear photographs of the piece

We will review the request and advise on feasibility, cost (if applicable), and next steps.
Important Notes
- All gemstones are assessed for stability before work proceeds.
- Not all designs can be resized or adjusted without compromising integrity.
- We reserve the right to decline service if the requested work risks the structure or safety of the piece.
After-sales service is provided to maintain the original integrity of KINCHOS jewellery. We do not offer redesign, modification, or third-party work under after-sales service.
