What is bespoke jewellery?
Bespoke jewellery is custom-designed and crafted to meet your specific preferences and requirements, resulting in a unique piece that reflects your personal style and story.
How do I start the bespoke jewellery process?
Start by scheduling an initial consultation with us, either in person or virtually. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific requirements you have.
How long does the bespoke process take?
The timeline for creating bespoke jewellery varies based on the complexity of the design and availability of materials. Typically, it takes between 4 to 12 weeks from the final design approval to completion.
How much does bespoke jewellery cost?
Pricing depends on the design complexity, materials, and craftsmanship required. We provide a detailed quote after the design proposal is finalised. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production.
Can I make changes to the design during the process?
Yes, you can request up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final approval is required before production begins.
What materials do you use for bespoke jewellery?
We use high-quality gemstones and metals, ensuring each piece is crafted with care. Our gemstones are ethically sourced and, whenever possible, untreated.
Is there a warranty on bespoke jewellery?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or alterations made by third parties.
Can I return or exchange bespoke jewellery?
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke jewellery, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer resizing and repair services?
Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing within the first six months of purchase, subject to design limitations. We also provide repair services for all Kinchos pieces; please contact us for a quote and timeline.

Ready-to-wear jewellery includes pre-designed and crafted pieces that are available for immediate purchase.
How can I purchase ready-to-wear jewellery?
You can purchase ready-to-wear pieces at on site events and shows like SIJE (Singapore International Jewellery Exhibition) from time to time. You can also purchase our ready-to-wear pieces at our office upon prior appointment. No walk-ins, please.
What is your return policy for ready-to-wear jewellery?
All purchases are non returnable and non exchangeable.
Do you offer resizing and repair services for ready-to-wear jewellery?
Yes, we offer resizing and repair services for ready-to-wear pieces. The first resizing is complimentary within the first six months of purchase, subject to design limitations. Please contact us for repair services.
