Product Information

All KINCHOS jewellery is made using natural gemstones and precious metals.
Stones are untreated unless explicitly stated.

Because natural gemstones vary in colour, inclusions, and character, minor variations are inherent and not considered defects.

Product images are representative. Exact appearance may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

  • Prices are listed in the stated currency and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or shipping unless specified

  • KINCHOS reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at its discretion prior to production

Customised & Made-to-Order Pieces

Customised or made-to-order pieces:

  • Are produced specifically for the client

  • Cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced

Details, timelines, and feasibility are confirmed before work begins.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine jewellery:

  • All customised, made-to-order, and bespoke pieces are final sale

  • Ready-to-ship pieces may be eligible for return or exchange only if explicitly stated at the point of purchase

Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within the stated timeframe, if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees

  • KINCHOS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control

  • Risk transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery

Shipping details will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

After-Sales Service

After-sales service is available for KINCHOS pieces only and is subject to assessment.

Services may include resizing, repairs, or maintenance where structurally appropriate.
Fees may apply.

After-sales service does not include redesign, modification, or third-party work.

Care & Wear

Jewellery is subject to normal wear over time.
Damage caused by impact, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorised work is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Clients are responsible for following care guidelines provided by KINCHOS.

Limitation of Liability

KINCHOS’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
