All payments are made in person. Kinchos Jewellery accepts PayNow, NETS, cash, and major credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
7. Shipping and Collection
- Local Only: We currently serve customers within Singapore only.
- Self-Collection: All orders must be collected in person. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.
- Collection Process: Upon finalizing your order and payment, we will coordinate the collection details with you.
8. Final Sale Policy
- All Sales Final: All purchases are final, with no returns or exchanges. We strive to provide thorough assistance during appointments to ensure your selection is right for you.
- Complimentary Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing for rings and other applicable jewellery to ensure a perfect fit. Please inquire about resizing options during your appointment.
9. Repairs and Warranty
Kinchos Jewellery stands by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item requires any adjustment due to manufacturing defects, please reach out to us. Repairs due to wear and tear are available for an additional fee.
