KINCHOS provides after-sales support to ensure the longevity and proper wear of our jewellery.

All services are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are available only for pieces originally purchased from KINCHOS.


What We Offer

  • Stone tightening and setting checks

  • Minor repairs related to normal wear

  • Professional cleaning and inspection

Services are subject to assessment and may incur a fee depending on the nature of the work, materials involved, and time required.


What Is Not Covered

After-sales service does not include:

  • Redesign or alteration of the original piece

  • Structural changes beyond the original design

  • Damage resulting from misuse, impact, or improper storage

  • Work on jewellery not made by KINCHOS

Requests that fall outside these boundaries will not be accepted.

Service timelines vary depending on:

  • The type of work required

  • Current workshop capacity

  • Availability of materials or stones

Estimated timelines will be confirmed after assessment.


How to Request After-Sales Service

Please contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photographs of the piece

  • A brief description of the issue or service requested

We will review the request and advise on feasibility, cost (if applicable), and next steps.


Important Notes

  • All gemstones are assessed for stability before work proceeds.

  • Not all designs can be resized or adjusted without compromising integrity.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if the requested work risks the structure or safety of the piece.

After-sales service is provided to maintain the original integrity of KINCHOS jewellery. We do not offer redesign, modification, or third-party work under after-sales service.
